This Fat Loss bootcamp focuses on mobility, stability and strength through 10 structured sessions 2x/week, every Monday and Friday at 18.
You’ll get body measurements at the start and end to track your progress. Expect guidance, consistency and support in a motivating group setting. WhatsApp group for questions on training, lifestyle and nutrition throughout the program.
